The company is engaged in seafood products preparation and packaging business. It was incorporated in the year 1972 and conducts business from its registered head office which is located in Laredo, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: canning of seafood (including soup); smoking, salting, and drying seafood; eviscerating fresh fish by removing heads, fins, scales, bones, and entrails; shucking and packing fresh shellfish; processing marine fats and oils; and freezing a variety of seafood. These seafood products include fish (tuna, sword fish, bass, trout, and salmon), shellfish, mollusks, crustaceans, sea vegetables, shrimp, lobster, squid, oysters, crabs, and clams.
